Restorative Music and Imagery workshop for helpers & healers

Thursday June 11th, 6-7pm
FOLK Refillery & Supply - Kingston, NY

My personal Music & Imagery practice (which began as a training requirement) has been a steadying resource in my life for many years. Through collective and personal stress it has helped me reconnect - to my breath, my inner world & my resilience.

And now I’m excited to share this experience with you.

This one hour in-person workshop is an invitation to:

  • experience an embodied means of self-care

  • re-connect with your own resilience

  • tend to your own deep human need for color, play and vitality

  • immerse yourself in creativity with a group of fellow helpers & healers

We’ll gather at FOLK Refillery & Supply in Kingston, a space designed to nourish both body and soul.

No music or art experience is needed - come as you are.

Date: Thursday June 11th 6-7pm
Location: FOLK Refillery & Supply, 56 North Front St, Kingston NY
Cost: $30 per person
portion of ticket sales will be donated to Ulster Immigrant Defense Network (UIDN)

“I attended Maya’s first Music & Imagery workshop for helpers and healers and it completely filled my self-care cup!

Maya creates a space of warmth, comfort, and openness. I appreciated the invitation to be present with myself, the music, and Maya’s guidance - just letting creativity flow.”
